If you’re looking for a haircut place that’s sensory-aware, I highly recommend Snip-its and specifically Ms. Cheyenne D.. My son is sensory-sensitive and usually has a hard time with haircuts. She was gentle, fast, calm, and very respectful of his limits. No overwhelm, no pressure. He did great. Affordable, kid-friendly, and a great option for autistic or anxious kids. We’ll be back.

We returned to this salon because our previous salon denied services to my son due to his disability (autism). Randa’s passion for her work and patience and kindness to my son made us loyal customers. We’ll 100% travel 45-60 minutes to see her again. Great job Snip-it’s!

Great first haircut!! 🩵 We just left after getting my son’s first ever haircut - I was nervous but Brittany was SO kind and patient. She went through some options to make sure we were doing what I was comfortable with for his cut. She put my son at ease, had a tablet playing for him to watch, and he got a card at the end that you put in a machine to get a prize which he loved. Yes it’s a little pricier but super kid friendly and an experience! We look forward to booking with Brittany for future haircuts.

My son had just turned 2 Dec 1st the day we went into snip-it’s. This was his first haircut going somewhere that wasn’t me cutting it. I didn’t have high hopes he would cooperate with a haircut as you know toddlers are a hit or miss. Mrs degree ( sorry if I totally butchered your name 😭) was FANTASTIC! You could tell she’s so passionate about her job. I showed her a spot on his head where I think (his little auntie got a hold of some scissors and decided to give him a haircut) showed her a picture of what I would like for his hair to look like and she made it come to life! She was so patient and kind. Showing him everything before she did anything to try to ease his uncomfortableness. The haircut turned out better than I hoped for! He even got to get a ticket for a prize after the haircut. How COOL is that ?!? The Interior is so cute. Definitely recommend anybody who has a toddler who can be very difficult to get their haircut here! Definitely will be returning. It’s awesome to have a child friendly place to take your kid for a haircut that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg!
